A 2026 graduate of John McBride’s Blackbird Academy, Layla brings both artistry and music production knowledge to her work, giving her a unique perspective as both a songwriter and recording artist.

Layla has opened for Willie Robertson, Jake Hoot, Kelsey Hart, and others, and most recently had the opportunity to perform for and be highlighted by Drew Baldridge.

Her songwriting recognition includes a selection for Bluebird Cafe’s Sunday Writers Night, two NSAI Bob Kingsley Top 40 selections, a Top 10 finalist placement in the 26th Annual Nashville Songwriters Association song contest, and numerous other songwriting honors.

At the heart of Layla’s music is a desire to share hope, truth, and the love of God.
