“I recently walked through a season where I had lost hope,” shares Megan Woods about the inspiration for her new song. “I genuinely didn’t know if I was going to make it through, and then God reminded me of Isaiah 40:31—‘But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.’ I had to surrender everything and choose to believe that God’s promises were still true, even when I couldn’t see it.”
Last year, Woods’ remarkable debut song, "The Truth," accumulated more than 60 million streams, 83,000 user-generated videos, and reached No. 1 on multiple CCM radio charts. She quickly became one of the most impactful new voices in Christian music. By the end of 2024, she was recognized as a Pandora Artist to Watch 2025 and a 2025 Amazon Artist to Watch.
Woods was voted the Christian Music Broadcasters Breakout Artist of the Year and debuted “I Believe You” during their annual Momentum conference at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL, last week. She also received three K-LOVE Fan Awards nominations, including Female Artist Of The Year, Song Of The Year, and Breakout Single Of The Year.
