'Food For Thought' is an urban gospel project that speaks honestly to believers navigating real life with Christ. Across the EP, ISOSA candidly addresses themes such as womanising, identity, wrestling with sin even after salvation, and the difficult but necessary process of forgiving yourself. These are the "hidden places" many Christians experience but rarely talk about openly and ISOSA approaches them with humility, depth, and a desire to bring listeners closer to God through honest conversation.
The EP features Hunnid2Hebron and the Warwick Gospel Choir, blending contemporary Christian hip-hop with reflective storytelling and worship-rooted moments.
"In my native language, the name 'Isosa' means 'Nobody is greater than God'" the artist explains. "South London born and raised trying to spread the word of Christ whilst painting you a picture of my reality in this world."
