Michael O'Brien Releases 'Beauty Of It All' Featuring Daughter Meghan
Michael O'Brien is releasing his new single 'Beauty Of It All', featuring his daughter Meghan O'Brien. The song is taken from his latest album 'Crown Him'.
Michael O'Brien has been in full time music ministry for over 27 years. His solo career started back in the mid 90's on Benson Records with the number 1 singles "If Ever I Forget", "What Held You On the Cross" and "The Story Goes On" on the Inspirational format. When he joined Newsong in 1999 as their lead singer, he sang lead on "Psalm 40", "Before the Day", "Rescue" and "For The Glory Of Christ". These were also number 1 songs on that same format.
Michael continues to be in full-time music ministry as he leads worship at the Fresh Grounded Faith Conferences all over the country with Lifeway teacher Jennifer Rothschild. He also is one of the full time worship leaders at the Billy Graham Training Center "The Cove", over the past 3 years. He is the worship leader for all of the AACC events which include "Extraordinary Women Conference" and "Ignite Men's Conference" as well as the "AACC World Conference". On occasion, he leads worship for the "Answers in Genesis" conferences with Ken Ham. The rest of his time is spent as an itineray music minister singing in churches all around the U S.
Michael's latest single was written almost 30 years ago with veteran songwriter Regie Hamm (Clay Cross "I Surrender All"). Michael features his daughter Meghan O'Brien, who was born the year he wrote it (1992). Meghan graduated from Liberty University as an opera singer. However, she now is a stay at home Mom to Michael's grandchildren, Caelynn and Cade, and Michael couldn't be more proud of her.
His wife Heidi encouraged Michael to take this song out of the vault and finally produce it on his latest project "Crown Him". It has become one of his all time favorite songs that he has ever recorded and produced. This is an Inspirational anthem that Michael prays will impact the Kingdom of God for the Glory of Christ.
