Addison Road To Release Second Album 'Stories'
Dallas-based pop-rock band Addison Road releases its second full length album 'Stories' on 22nd June in the US and 1st July in the UK. Featuring the single 'Fight Another Day' plus nine more catchy and fun but meaningful songs, the album blends ear-catching pop/rock melodies with lead singer Jenny Simmons' elegant voice, drawing on the group's radio success and heavy tour schedule for a solid set of new songs.
'Stories' is the follow-up to the band's 2008 self-titled debut release. Addison Road have once again teamed up with producer Chris Stevens (TobyMac) for an album filled with soul-searching lyrics and melodies that conjure up joy and hope of redemption.
Addison Road is an energetic, female-fronted pop rock band from Texas with a unique brand of high-power musical production and poignant, provocative lyrics. The band spent five years touring as the support group for numerous nationally-recognised acts and as featured band for the Planet Wisdom youth conference which gave them the opportunity to perform in front of hundreds of thousands of youth, to hone their stagecraft and songwriting focus to dissect and address the issues of the contemporary youth culture.
