Win Ian Yates 'The Hope And The Glory' CD

May 17 2010

British worship leader, Ian Yates has just released his brand new album The Hope And The Glory. Ian leads worship at Bootle Elim Pentecostal Church, Liverpool, and you may already have heard some of his songs without realising it. He first came into the spotlight when two of the songs from his independent album, 'Desperate To See Your Glory' and 'No One Like You', were picked to be included on Soul Survivor's 'The People's Album 3'. Ian's song 'Father Of Compassion' was then later featured on the Survivor Summer Sampler as a bonus track.

As we said in our review, if you like your worship with a healthy serving of guitars and rock n' roll, this is the album for you. With driving guitar tracks like 'Glorious Bride' and quieter songs such as 'Carry Me', the album also has a brilliant version of the old hymn 'Here Is Love Vast As The Ocean'.

Ian Yates has kindly given us 5 copies of his brilliant album to give away on Louder Than The Music. So if it sounds like an album you'd like to hear, and trust us it really is, just head over to the Competition Page and answer one very easy question.

Hint: If you need any help answering the question, make sure you've read our interview!

The closing date for this competition is 31st May 2010.
