Andrew Gonoude Announces New Single 'The Truth Of What I Sing'

Sep 06 2024

Andrew Gonoude, an English Christian artist, songwriter and worship leader from West Sussex, UK, announces the upcoming release of his next song 'The Truth Of What I Sing', which will hit the stores everywhere on 20 September 2024.

'The Truth Of What I Sing' is a song that celebrates the power of praise and is based on the well-known scripture "Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." (1 Thess. 5:18). The apostle Paul urges the Greek church in Thessaloniki to always be grateful to God and to express praise and gratitude, regardless of any situation they face.

"So, this song celebrates the power of praise and how we can be transformed when we sing and declare the truths of God's Word. There is, without doubt, something more powerful than merely knowing the 'great truths' of the bible. Having the opportunity to live by these verses also allows God to work in us and to transform us. And sometimes the miracles we need do indeed happen, and we find ourselves rejoicing in his healing, his deliverance or provision.

Many times, I have raised a Hallelujah for all 3 of those miracles. Other times, the real miracle has been seeing what God taught me during those times of need. I am grateful for what I have learned in those desert places, because they helped shape me into who I am. Maybe that is the greatest miracle."
