Martin Smith has released his latest single 'You Deserve The Applause', available now on all streaming platforms.
"It’s one of the favourite songs I’ve ever recorded", reveals Martin. "We ended up calling the song ‘You Deserve The Applause’. I’ve been singing ‘You’re the most important person here’ around the world for the past few months...it’s what it’s really all about. There is only one person in history that deserves all the applause and his name is Jesus. Always has been and always will be. Only he can bring JOY to the world."

Martin Smith has penned many of the church's most loved songs while shaping the modern worship scene. The former frontman of the top-charting band Delirious? and multi-GMA Dove Award winner has toured worldwide in his vast career, performing in arenas and stadiums to millions of people, including Glastonbury Festival’s main stage. He has also toured with Bon Jovi and Bryan Adams and most recently opened for Kari Jobe and Cody Carnes on their "The Blessing" European tour. Smith has also appeared in Nashville for both the "Worship Together" conference and at Bridgestone Arena for "The Send" conference.
