Children 18:3 Receiving Acclaim For Latest Album 'Rain's 'A Comin'
Christian punk/glam-rock band Children 18:3 are currently receiving acclaim for their second studio album 'Rain's 'A Comin'. The album has received favourable reviews in both the Christian and secular media and also reached Number 23 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart.
The band, from a rural farming community in Minnesota, are made up of siblings David (lead vocals, songwriter, guitar), Seth (drums) and Lee Marie (bass, vocals). The combination of male and female vocals and their mix of rock and punk, teamed with their over-the-top glam/punk imaging has seen the band touring with industry heavyweights like Brian Head Welch, Project 86, The Classic Crime, Norma Jean, and Haste The Day in recent years.
'Rain's 'A Comin' is the follow up to the band's self titled debut on the Tooth & Nail label in 2008. The band name refers to the Bible verse Matthew 18:3, "And he said: 'I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.'"
