Noku Dlamini Releases New Single 'Nhauhele'
USA-based South African gospel artist Noku Dlamini is back with a powerful new single, “Nhaulele†- a deeply personal song that translates to “Have mercy on me, God†in Zulu. This Amapiano fused song captures Noku's heartfelt cry for mercy during one of the most challenging seasons of her life.
Speaking about the inspiration behind Nhaulele, Noku shared: “Nhaulele was birthed in 2023 while I was going through what felt like the ‘wilderness.’ In 2022, it was as if sin and disobedience had removed me from God's presence. When I finally woke up from my self-absorption, I realized that God was with me the whole time, but I was busy listening to the wrong voice. Then I cried out ‘Son of David, have mercy on me!’â€
Through powerful vocals and heartfelt lyrics, Nhaulele reminds listeners that God’s mercy never leaves us, even when we feel distant.
