Lacey Sturm & Brian Head Welch Release Official Video For A Korn/flyleaf Mashup Performance
Lacey Sturm has released a live performance video of her and Korn’s Brian “Head†Welch performing a mashup of Korn’s “Blind†and Flyleaf’s “I’m So Sick.†The performance also features Tommy Green of HolyName and Trevor Tyson of Heal The Hurt. Captured at her International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC) Benefit Concert in Pittsburgh, PA on February 28, the video is now available to watch on her official YouTube channel.
“My friend Brian Welch crashed our Pittsburgh IOCC benefit show last month by leading us in a ‘Blind/I’m So Sick’ mashup song,†Lacey says of the collaboration. “Both songs ring with the ache of honesty. This world is sick, and the evil here can blind us to hope not knowing how to respond. That’s why we did the benefit show: to try to help. We can’t stop all evil from happening, but we can overcome it. We can’t do everything, but we can do something.â€
