Louder Than The Music

Hard rock band Skillet are planning to release an iTunes exclusive live EP. The EP was recorded at CRC studios in Chicago back in July, where the band also worked on their 2006 album 'Comatose'. Skillet have recorded 8 songs for the download EP, although at this time it is unclear how many of them will make it on to the final EP or when it will be released.

Skillet are currently on tour in the US with Creed, following their own headlining 'Alive and Awake Tour' earlier this year in support of their latest album 'Awake' which was released in August 2009.

Formed in 1996 when they released their self-titled debut album, Skillet consists of John Cooper (lead vocals, bass), Korey Cooper (keyboard), Ben Kasica (guitar) and Jen Ledger (drums).
