Peter Burton Releases New Song 'Foolish'
Integrity Music’s Peter Burton has made a strong entrance this year with new releases, including “Where Would I Be” and “Jesus Over Everything.” Today, he releases his third single titled “Foolish,” which boldly proclaims his faith.
“‘This song originated from the idea that faith may appear foolish to the world, but what seems like foolishness is actually faithfulness,” shares Peter Burton. “So if the world says following Jesus makes me a fool, then my answer will always be, I’d gladly be a fool for Jesus.”
Burton invites listeners to stand unashamedly for the Gospel. Inspired by 1 Corinthians 1:18 and Romans 1:16, this song serves as both a personal declaration and a timely rallying call for believers. Musically, “Foolish” continues to reflect Burton’s artistic style—delivering fresh, engaging songs that are deeply grounded in truth.
In November, Burton will tour with Matthew West as part of the ongoing "Don't Stop Praying for America" tour, which begins on November 6th.
