LTTM Album/Single Chart January 2026 Overview

Jan 28 2026

The month opened with Christmas music still dominating the Albums Chart, as Forrest Frank and Stephen McWhirter both held the number one position with festive releases from late 2025. This extended seasonal interest highlights how the Louder Than The Music audience continues to engage deeply with worship music beyond the traditional Christmas period.

By mid-January, the charts shifted decisively toward new releases. Niki Lou Savich’s Home Sweet Home marked the first non-seasonal album to reach number one, before Bay Turner closed the month at the top with Better Days.

On the Singles Chart, January featured a variety of number one tracks, reflecting a healthy mix of independent worship expressions and established artists. Elevation Rhythm’s Thank God I’m Free led the mid-month transition, while Brandon Lake’s When A Cowboy Prays emerged as the month’s standout single, finishing January at number one and signalling strong momentum going into February.

Overall, January 2026 balanced seasonal worship, fresh releases, and rising artist engagement — setting the tone for a dynamic year on the LTTM Charts.
