Christian metal band Ashes Awaken are set to release their highly anticipated debut album, Rise, on February 6, 2026, and are kicking off the new year with the premiere of their autobiographical single and official video, “Amazing Grace, Again.” The song, written by frontman Michael Stover, encapsulates the album’s central theme of redemption, resilience, and the transformative power of Christ’s love. “Amazing Grace, Again” charts a journey from darkness into light, confronting addiction, self-loathing, and personal demons with honesty and urgency. Lyrics like:
