Interview: Psalms of David

Feb 09 2026

Check out our interview with the brilliant Psalms of David.

Which artist or artists first inspired you to become a musician, and what about them sparked that passion?

God. No seriously, I hated music until He told me to start writing.

What’s your all-time favourite album, and why does it stand out for you?

My all time favorite album is probably Eternities by Northwest Stories. I've never seen an album be intertwined with, I guess you would call it, audo acting before! It's hard to explain, but I would definitely recommend it. Not sure I completely agree with the Theology tho.

My second favorite would be Fractioned Heart

What was the very first gig you ever went to? Where was it, and when?

My first gig aside from the worship team at church would be Worship In The Park. It was in Missouri on September 13th, 2025 and I got to open for Seph Schlueter! If I remember correctly, around 5,000 people showed up!

What’s the most recent gig you’ve been to? Where and when was it?

My most recent gig was my Heart Surgery Album Release Party! It was January 9th, 2026, and it was a great time!

What does the next year look like for you—any exciting plans, projects, or goals?

I have some crazy new songs that I wanna do, but I'll probably have to raise the money for it. Other than that, I'm looking to do some more shows as well!
