KXC Worship Release 'I Believe' From Their New Live Worship EP 'Worthy is the Lord'
'I BELIEVE' is a riotously joyful, upbeat anthem that celebrates trusting in God. Recorded live during Seek First, KXC's weekly worship and prayer gathering, this song captures the sound of a community coming alive in wholehearted worship.
The verses draw inspiration from Hebrews 11:1: "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see." The bridge emphasizes that trusting in God is not just beneficial - it brings genuine joy, illustrating the beauty of believing without complete certainty while resting in His goodness. This first single from the new live EP radiates with explosive joy, celebrating the Lord’s triumph over death and sin.
'I Believe' was written by KXC's Rich Dicas alongside Henry Feki and Grace Coleman, who are part of P&W - a worship and prayer collective from churches throughout Brisbane, Australia. Similar to Seek First at KXC, P&W meet on Monday nights for extended worship and prayer sessions focused on their city and beyond. The live recording features powerful vocals from KXC worship leaders Shelby Freitas and Manuella Attoh.
Worthy is the Lord is a new collection of songs captured live at Seek First - KXC's weekly worship and prayer night. "As a church we've been discovering over the last few years the power of making space to worship God and pray for what we sense is on his heart. This EP sounds like what it feels to be in the room on a Monday night as we sing and contend together in prayer."
The EP features 'I Believe', 'Worthy is the Lord' and 'The Lord is Here'. (Seek First Sessions album 'At Your Feet' is out in May 2026).
KXC Worship is the worship team at King's Cross Church (KXC) - a thriving Anglican church in central London. Since 2014 They've been writing worship songs both for their congregation and the wider church. Their recent songs 'Hallelujah Jesus Saves' and 'Jesus Name Above All Names' are being sung in churches across the UK and beyond. KXC also recently collaborated with Jesus Culture on their 2025 live album Send the Fire - featuring a new version of O God Would You Move.
