Alabaster Box Lead Singer Naarah Seagrott To Release Solo Album 'The Story'
The lead singer of Australian rock/pop band Alabaster Box, Naarah Seagrott, has recorded her debut solo album. 'The Story', which will also be accompanied by a book Naarah has written, is expected to be released in the near future.
The album's first single 'Stay' was released to Australian Christian radio last week. Describing the book which will be released alongside the album, Naarah says, "It shares a little piece of my world and the story behind each song." Talking about the album, Naarah continues, "As lead singer for Alabaster Box I've seen God's grace work in many lives and have learnt so much. This collection of songs are stories from my heart and I feel blessed to now share them with you."
Formed on Australia's Gold Coast, Alabaster Box released their self-titled debut album in 1998 and most recently released their fourth studio album 'We Will Not Be Silent' in 2008.
