GATLofficial Releases Lofi Worship Song 'Where I Belong'

Sep 04 2026

GATL (Gospel According To Lofi), a UK-based faith-driven lo-fi music project releases their new single 'Where I Belong'.

The song is described as "A lofi worship song for the days when your strength has run out and is built around one idea: His presence is where we belong."

'Where I Belong' is a slow lofi R&B song with warm layered harmonies, which builds through to the bridge. It has a laid back drum beat with warm keys supporting the vocals.

It is the first GATL release with Isaac K. Busari (I.K.B.) and songwriter and singing lead. He also designed the artwork for every GATL project since 2021. An instrumental version and an a cappella version are being released alongside the single.

Sometimes in life we can find ourselves going through things that feel like too much to bear. The weight of our circumstances can leave us feeling overwhelmed, weary and even hopeless. We may find ourselves asking whether there is any hope, and whether things will ever get better.

This song is a reminder that, in spite of all the trials we may face, we can turn our eyes to the Lord. When we don't have the answers, He remains faithful. When we feel weak, He is our strength. When our hearts are troubled, we can find peace in His presence.

Our circumstances may change, but God remains the same. So whatever you may be facing today, don't lose hope. Lift your eyes above what you can see and fix them on the One who holds everything in His hands. It is in His presence that we find where we truly belong.

GATL consists of Idrees Oloyede of Divine Keys (Musician/Producer) and Isaac K. Busari (Graphic Designer & Brand Storyteller) combined their resources to release music. They are dedicated to creating Christ-centred soundscapes for everyday life.

Their moto, Good Music, Good Vibes and Good News is evident in everything they do. Blending chill hop, ambient textures, gospel influences, and reflective instrumentation, GATL creates music
and graphics that function beyond performance spaces. The project focuses on atmosphere-driven worship, providing sonic and visual environments that support prayer, study, reflection, and spiritual focus.
