Josh Anderson Releases 'We are Not Ashamed' Campaign Single In UK
British 18 year old singer-songwriter Josh Anderson has written and recorded a single, titled 'We are Not Ashamed', as part of The Not Ashamed campaign. The single, released this week, is available to download on iTunes now as Josh attempts to draw more attention to the Christian campaign.
Organised by Christian Concern, The Not Ashamed campaign provides an opportunity for Christians across the UK to stand together and speak up for the Christian foundation of our nation, motivated by the conviction that Jesus Christ is good news not just for individuals or for the church but for society as a whole. Indeed, He is the only true hope for our nation.
Discussing the single, the campaign organisers said "We're told that only around 30,000 downloads would be needed in that week to get this song in the charts - an interesting way of raising the profile of Not Ashamed! The song will be released on Monday 6th December and will be available on iTunes and other download sites."
