Have you ever been in the gym or on a run and fancied some great worship music with a dance beat that will keep your energy levels high and the your workout at a decent pace? If so, then look no further than Essential Worship Workout Mix - Volume 1.
That's right, for you gym buffs, this is a three track album, with each track lasting around 20 minutes, which will provide the perfect playlist for exercise. Whether you are running, dancing, skiing, in the gym or even rollerblading.
You might be thinking, how does this work? Well, simply these upbeat tracks have mixed into them some lines from some of the best known worship songs that have been released recently. For example on track one, integrated into the song is Unfailing Love, Hosanna and All Over The World. Mix two has the tracks Adoration and God of Wonders, while mix three concludes with the songs Lead Me To Rock, Jesus Saves and Because of Your Love.

It might surprise you, but this album works, and works well. I was more than amazed with how good these mixes are. I tested this album out by going for a jog to see if the songs could keep me motivated and also at the same time give me an opportunity to worship, and it really worked for me. All gym fanatics will love this album.
