But What is Twitter?
Twitter is much like a blogging service, allowing users to post updates in a condensed fashion. Unlike a traditional blog post Twitter only allows 140 characters forcing the updates to be brief and to the point. It has been a service that has been picked up my many news sites, celebrities, and now several bands have been using it to update their fans as to what they are doing.
