Jun 22 2011

New Zealand's Parachute Band have revealed plans to release a new six-song EP in 2012. The band released their latest album 'Love Without Measure' earlier this year and said they plan to release their next project at the Parachute 2012 festival in January in their home country of New Zealand.

"We're hard at work working on our next recording project... Which looks like it's going to be a 6 song EP for release at Parachute 2012", said the band's drummer Sam De Jong. "The new songs and demos are sounding fresh and strong. The rest of the year is looking chocca blocka with the release of our EP and touring to Asia, Australia, New Zealand and more."

Parachute Band completed their tour of the UK and Europe last night with a show in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The band were supported on their dates in England and Scotland by British band Empire Nation.

The band will perform concerts in the US, New Zealand, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia over the summer as they continue their Love Without Measure Tour.
