Hillsong United To Release Live CD/DVD 'Aftermath - Live In Miami'
Hillsong United, the Australian worship band featuring Joel Houston, will release a live CD/DVD titled 'Aftermath - Live In Miami' on 14th February 2012. The band released their latest studio album 'Aftermath' early in 2011 and subsequently toured the album in North America.
The new live CD/DVD will feature the songs from the Aftermath Tour date performed at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida, on 6th August 2011. Hillsong's Global Creative Film Director, Paul Nevison, recently confirmed the news in a blog post, writing "It's back to music in the next couple of weeks as we start post production on Hillsong UNITED's DVD record of the Aftermath tour in Miami".
The 'Aftermath' studio album featured twelve new worship songs, from the contemplative title track to the driving rock riffs of 'Giving It All'. The album explores themes of grace, forgiveness, and what it means to live a life completely sold out for Jesus, mixing rock, electronica, and big ballads.
