Louder Than The Music

Worship leader Kari Jobe has released her new song 'We Are' as the first single from her forthcoming new studio album, due in January 2012. The single has already reached number 1 on the iTunes Christian Music Chart in the US.

Kari leads worship at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, and is also well-known for her version of the praise favorite, 'Revelation Song', written by Jennie Lee Riddle, which appeared on Kari's self-titled full length debut album in 2009.

Currently putting the finishing touches to her second full-length album with producer Ed Cash (Chris Tomlin, Third Day), which is expected to be released on 24th January 2012 and rumored to be titled 'Where I Find You', Kari said recently "The last few years my ministry has grown and reached farther than I ever dreamed! I'm so excited to see what the Lord has for me next."

Kari's debut album featured songs cowritten with Chris Tomlin, Paul Baloche, Mia Fieldes, Ed Cash and Klaus Kuehn. The success of the album led to a New Artist of The Year Dove Award nomination and a featured performance during the 2010 Dove Awards ceremony, which saw her take home two Awards.
