LZ7 To Star On Channel 4 Show In December Ahead Of New Single In February

Dec 23 2011

British Hip Hop band LZ7 will be featured in the Channel 4 mini-show 4thought.tv on Tuesday 27th December 2011. The show airs at 7:25pm and was filmed by the broadcaster in London back in November for a series looking at the theme of 'Why Christmas is still relevant'.

"4thought.tv hears why Christmas is still relevant to people of faith. For Lindsay West, the frontman of Christian hip hop band LZ7, Christmas is all about celebrating Jesus's birth", said Channel 4 ahead of the show's broadcast.

4thought.tv is Channel 4's daily moral and ethics opinion show, shown every single day of the year in the early evening. Every week it explores a different theme.

The Manchester based band, who had a UK chart hit with their single 'This Little Light' in October 2010, will release their new single '27 Million' on 27th February 2012. LZ7 have joined forces with worship leader Matt Redman to write the song for the A21 Campaign which combats human trafficking.
