Louder Than The Music

Texas worship band Leeland will tour across Europe for a week in June 2012 as they continue to promote their fourth studio album 'The Great Awakening', released last September. The four-time Grammy and eight-time GMA Dove Award nominated band will visit Norway, England, Scotland, Poland and Slovakia.

The tour kicks off at Kristiansand in Norway on 1st June, before the band performs on the mainstage at the UK's Big Church Day Out on 2nd June. Leeland then play their first ever show in Scotland on 3rd June at the O2 Academy in Glasgow. They will then visit Poland (7th) and Slovakia's Festival Lumen (9th).

Leeland has become one of the most respected and influential voices in worship music since their 2006 debut 'Sound Of Melodies'. That was followed by 'Opposite Way' (2008) and 'Love Is On The Move' (2009) before their latest album 'The Great Awakening' (2011) was released. All four albums have been nominated for the Best Contemporary Christian Album at the Grammy Awards.
