Kees Kraayenoord Records New Worship Album 'Running Into Love'

Apr 12 2012

Dutch worship leader Kees Kraayenoord will release his new album 'Running Into Love' on 4th June 2012. The English language album was recorded at ICC Studios in Eastbourne and mastered at London's famed Abbey Road Studios.

The twelve track album includes co-writes with Tim Hughes on 'The Saviour's Song' and Al Gordon on title track 'Running Into Love'. Described as a fresh innovative worship album, the album mixes intimate worship songs with uptempo tracks.

"As a pastor and preacher, I usually write with an open bible" explained Kees in an interview with Louder Than The Music. "Trying to hold in mind what people go through in life, what they need to hear and realize in a worship song. I love to co-write... so I'll take my ideas to other writers and worship leaders and then try to finish a song together."

Last year Kees released a best-of album titled 'Speak The Words' drawing songs from his seven albums, featuring collaborations with songwriters like Graham Kendrick, Noel Richards, Chris Eaton and Aaron Keyes.
