Ireland's Mark Ferguson Band Release Second Album 'Hidden'

Jun 16 2016

The Mark Ferguson Band have released their second studio album 'Hidden'. The album consists of songs that have been taught at a variety of events throughout Ireland as well as some new material.

"We are very excited about this album, the songs come from a very real experience of life with all its ups and downs", explains band member Matt Duke. "There are strong themes of questioning God, doubts of faith, trusting him, healing and looking towards the world beyond this life."

Mark Ferguson Band has been in existence since 2007, being first formed to lead worship at a variety of local events. Since then God has continued to unite, nurture and use the band to his glory. In 2008 they released their debut EP containing 5 original songs.

"We have been both humbled and blessed to have travelled all over Ireland to events of all shapes, sizes and styles! We are excited and expectant for what the future may hold!

Our prayer for now is that the ministry and songs God has given us connect people with him in a real and everlasting way.

Over the years, God has continued to inspire new songs and creativity in us and so we felt the next step was to begin work on our first album.

It could be said that with songs written as many as 5 or 6 years previously this album is long overdue! Having said that we are delighted to be able to share it with you now!"
