GRAMMY-Nominated Rhett Walker Band Releases Self-Titled EP

Aug 14 2018

GRAMMY-nominated Rhett Walker Band has released their self-titled EP with Essential Records/Sony Music. The six-song EP features the debut single "Say Hello," and its follow-up, "Like Your Father Does," which Rhett Walker Band debuted on the Grand Ole Opry, their tenth appearance, earlier this summer. Less than two months later, Rhett Walker Band was honored to take the stage again, making their 11th career appearance at the famed venue. The band performed "Heavenly Home," a new song found on the EP, and the GRAMMY-nominated staple "When Mercy Found Me."

Rhett Walker Band EP is the follow-up to Come To The River (2012) and Here's To The Ones (2014). Leading up to the EP's release, coverage has been featured in outlets such as Christian Post and CCM Magazine and an upcoming interview with Nashville Christian Songwriters' podcast Song Revolution is set to go live tomorrow. Rhett Walker Band also penned a weekly devotional series for CBN's Praise.com throughout the month of July.

It's continued to be a busy summer for the band as they also made an appearance at CMA Music Fest when they performed during the Gospel Brunch hosted by Spotify, and in July they filmed a segment for The 615 Bus Sessions with Nashville-based Project 615, a mission minded apparel company.
