Tose Ends 2 Year Hiatus With New Single 'Broken People'

Aug 17 2018

After taking two years out following the release of her debut EP to focus on her family, London singer / songwriter Tose launches her new sound with 'Broken People', available now for download and streaming on Spotify, Apple Music and other digital outlets. The anticipated new single has simultaneously dropped with an official video.

'Broken People' was actually written in 2016. The heart-felt song talks about different types of broken people and how we all need God in every aspect of lives. The song gives hope and reassurance to not give up and that in some way or form we’re all broken without God.

"It's through the cracks that the light shines through.” Tose

Tose has a unique sound which led to her success when she competed in the Open Mic UK (2015-2016) singing competition - reaching the grand finals. She also, reached number 5 on the StepFWD singles charts with one of her previous singles, 'Great Love'.

'Broken People' was produced by Aron Bicskey, and co-written by her husband, Ose Umobuarie and Ayo Akinmade.
