Jason R Martin Releasing New Country Gospel Song 'Take It To The Man On The Cross'

Nov 09 2018

Ontario based artist Jason R Martin is releasing another beautifully crafted classic country gospel song 'Take It To The Man On The Cross' on November 9th. Written by his father Ralph Martin and recorded and performed by Jason, the song follows the recent album 'Our Newfoundland', released earlier this year.

Born and raised in Lamaline, Newfoundland and now living in Ajax, Ontario, Jason came onto the music scene when he was about 12 years old. He comes from a family who has a great love for country and east coast Newfoundland music and he can remember how he learned how to play guitar sitting around with his father and his uncles just watching their every move. As a lead vocalist he will keep your toes tapping all night and you will want to come back for more.

Jason has a very distinct vocal tone which is aptly suited for the style of songs he brings to the table. Jason has also recorded several singles and albums at 416 Audio Productions out of Toronto as well as his home studio JRM Studios (Releases already include Another Lonely Day, Big City Country Blues, He Makes The Day, Realizing The Dream, Saltwater Hands, Lamaline, Berry Pickin' Time, Those Bloody Roundabouts, We Thank You For Our Newfoundland and more) written by himself and his father.
