New York based Lauren DeMaio is just an everyday girl trying to find something to hold on to. A risk taker of sound that breaks barriers. A Worship Leader, Christian Recording Artist, and Songwriter from New York. She has played at Christian music festivals such as Hillfest and Worship In The Adirondacks, and has opened for bands such as Unspoken, Tenth Avenue North, and For King and Country. She began working on her debut album titled 'Journey' back in November 2017, which will finally become available in September. 'Phoenix' is the leading single off the album.
"I'm a youth leader for my church's youth group, and one of my youth came up to me telling me about a rough patch he's going through. He was explaining that he believes God wanted him to go through hard times to help him grow, and that sometimes redemption feels far away. I didn't want him to believe that. Expressing that we will rise from the ashes with God's help to grow, but God's intention is never for us to suffer. This will be my second single promoted through CRW Radio Promotions."
