Worship Artist LOVKN Releasing 'Into Freedom' Album

Sep 11 2019

Indie-Worship artist LOVKN (Steven Luffkin) releases his new album 'Into Freedom' on September 13th. "Each one of the 14 songs I've included on this album have played a significant role in my healing process", he explains.

"I call it 'Into Freedom' because it's a snapshot into the process of Jesus graciously and mercifully walking me into a place of hope, peace and new life in the midst of 'the hard times'. My greatest prayer is that these songs will do the same for you. I pray that as you hear the words "I will sing when I don't want to sing, I will dance when I don't want to dance, I will lift your name Jesus and watch your Kingdom advance" (Kingdom Advance), you will find the strength to run fast into the presence of Jesus and find the shelter and grace that He has never and will never fail to provide. "

LOVKN is a singer/songwriter with a passion for bringing people into an encounter with Jesus through unconventional and creative music. His music is compelling, unique and Spirit-filled. Though most of his songs are rooted in folk, his style has been collectively influenced by other genres including electronica, the blues, and rock. In his words, "LOVKN is the kind of music you would listen to in the morning when getting ready for work, driving out on a scenic highway or in evening while winding down for the day."
