Taylor Vaden Releases 'Covered' Single From 'New Season' EP
Independent Christian Artist, Taylor Vaden, has released his second song to radio. 'Covered' is one of the top tracks from his latest EP, 'New Season', that was released back in November.
"This song was written based off Psalm 91 during a recent time of uncertainty I was up against. It is a part of my personal testimony as to how God showed me that He was protecting and sustaining my wife and I by simply giving me signs of hope through a simple feather. These random feathers would often show up at certain places when I would least expect it and I honestly believe that God orchestrated these moments to reassure me that He was in control. Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I have felt it on my heart to share this with everyone I possibly can. I have taken the last few weeks to think and pray on the decision to release “Covered†to radio. After several confirmations, I have decided to use every resource possible to make it happen. This is where radio comes in! I am a firm believer in the power of radio and am hopeful that God will use this song as an opportunity to comfort and encourage people during this uncertain season we are all facing. As believers, we can cling to Psalm 91 for hope, peace, strength and trust that God will cover us!" -Taylor
As part of this radio release, a social media campaign will begin through Taylor’s platforms that will invite people to share their own stories of how God has covered them not only during this season, but in seasons past. Revelation 12:11 tells us that we "overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony." These testimonies will also be shared through “Covered†theme posts, videos and more across Taylor’s social media pages to encourage and provide hope for those connected.
The New Season EP was produced, recorded, and mixed by Keith Shimfessel at The Bonus Room Studio in Kernersville, NC and mastered by Wade Starnes at Grammy Award Winning Gat3 Productions in Charlotte, NC.
