Scott Rasco Releases 'You Are Mine'

May 22 2020

Scott Rasco, an up and coming worship and Christian music artist, has released his new single 'You are Mine' which is currently 14th in the nation among Christian/Gospel artists on Reverbnation.

Scott's music was recorded and produced by Terry Mashburn at Big Note Studios who has had the opportunity to work with Texas singers and musicians from all genres. His intrumentation was played by Milo Deering who was recently on tour playing strings with the Eagles. With the help of these musical legends and Scott's passionate lyrics and strong melody, his debut single was beautifully orchestrated and is quickly moving to the top of the charts on Reverbnation.

Scott Rasco's music ranges from praise and worship to contemporary Christian, much like the style of Mercy Me or Casting Crowns. He has worked in many facets of ministry, but authoring books and music have always been his main focus. He enjoys writing lyrics that help to connect with people's emotions. This is especially true with the song "You are Mine".

The song was originally composed as a response to the common practice of creating resolutions at the start of each year. He decided instead of coming up with resolutions that would quickly be abandoned he wanted to commit to something that was more important: a deeper spiritual relationship.
