Katie Braswell Returns With New Single 'You Are Here'
Katie Braswell, a worship artist from Mobile, Alabama, will release her new single 'You Are Here' on May 28th. The new track follows last year's release of her single 'Louder', penned by Katie and Nathan Taylor, which won the CCM/Gospel Song Category for the IMA's (Independent Music Awards). "I'm so excited to share the story with you behind this song. It's a reminder of God's omnipresence even in this midst of pain", explains Katie about her latest release.
Katie has devoted her life as a believer in Jesus Christ. Her style of music is said to be like Elevation worship, Bethel Music and Hillsong Worship. She plays the acoustic guitar and piano. She is the associate worship pastor at Life Church Mobile and leads a local worship movement with her husband called Bridge the Coast.
As a worship artist and speaker, Katie Braswell lives to see lives transformed through freedom and encounter. Alabama born and raised, Katie’s heart for worship grew from a young teenager. In 2010, she heeded to the call of ministry on her life and made a cornerstone decision to surrender all. Since then, she has traveled to El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Washington D.C., Panama City, and Montgomery releasing freedom and joy over cities through the power of Jesus.
