Maria Schoeps Releases 'I Tried'

Oct 01 2020

Maria Schoeps, a Christian singer/songwriter originally from Brazil and now living in England, has just released her first single 'I Tried'.

Maria's passion for music was developed at a young age through her experiences with contemporary worship music in her local church. Through trying personal times her love for music allowed her to express and put life into perspective. She hopes to share that same strength given to her through music with others.

Just like every great song 'I Tried' was inspired by a breakup. A lot of times we go through life never feeling truly fulfilled and looking in empty places for love and acceptance. The song expresses the rediscovery of faith and realising that what you've been searching for has always been there calling you by name.
