Melbourne Duo The SAGA Release 'Ordinary Lives'
Melbourne based pop duo The SAGA (The Story About Georga & Alyssa), featuring Alyssa Agius & Georga Byrne, release their new single 'Ordinary Lives' on November 13th, co-written with and produced by Luke Batterbury.
One well-known name on a red-hot ‘hit’ is fantastic, but two prominent voices coming together in an inspired pairing is truly special. 'Ordinary Lives' from The SAGA ft Fr Rob Galea is one such song. It’s a contemporary R&B tune, full of hope and smooth grooves that will secure interest from integrated and CCM stations alike.
“There are thousands of voices telling us what to be and believe about ourselves, but if we are ‘still’ enough and listen to the voice of truth, this is our pathway to an extraordinary life,†Georga from The SAGA suggests. “We were made for the extraordinary, but it’s so easy to remain comfortable in the ordinary,†Alyssa chimes in.
“Living an extraordinary life is counter-cultural. Even though the world promises us comfort, remember, we weren’t made for comfort, we were made for greatness,†she asserts. “When we face times of trial and hardships, if we step into our calling to be extraordinary, we can rise above and make a change,†Georga affirms.
