Dia describes it as "a song that will always be a constant reminder of faith and trusting in God - when you can see the next step and when you can't. This song came to me in a moment that my mind was flooded with fear, doubt, and anxiety, but in that moment the words ‘Creator, sustainer, you hold it all together’ came to my mind. The Holy Spirit was reminding me to trust in God who is perfectly sovereign."

"Music has been a huge part of my life. Ever since I was 11 years old I knew that I wanted to have a career in music- specifically music that glorified Christ. I was adopted when I was a baby and grew up with my seven adopted siblings. We were very involved in the Church and we seemed, on the outside at least, to have the perfect Christian home. In reality our home was filled with hurt, anger, and abuse, until my parents divorced when I was 11 years old.
It was around that time that I decided I needed to take my faith seriously and not just be content with knowing all the “Sunday school†answers. The Holy Spirit then began convicting me of many things, one of those things being the kind of music I listened to. I quickly traded my secular music for Christian music. Not long after that I knew that I wanted to use my gifts and passion for music in the same way those christian artist were."
