Louder Than The Music

The UK one-day music festival The Ultimate Event takes place at the Alton Towers theme park in Staffordshire on 8th May 2010. Under the title of 'Best of British', the event will feature music from thebandwithnoname, [dweeb], Philippa Hanna, Audacious, LZ7 and Four Kornerz. The early bird scheme for cheaper ticket prices ends on 3rd April, with tickets available from UltimateMinistries.co.uk.

The Ultimate Event has been running at Alton Towers for 15 years, giving fans a day of stomach churning rides and an evening of live music from some of Christian Music's top acts. Say the event organisers, "With a brand new ride for 2010, Th13teen, alongside legends such as Nemesis, Air and Rita and a special early park entry, for Ultimate Event guests, this year is going to be bigger, better and packed with more ride time than ever before. At the end of the day, when your stomach can take no more, it’s time to head over to our purpose built arena for The Ultimate Event. Thebandwithnoname will be making one of their final live perfomances after recently announcing that they are to end later this year. Their album, 'The 4 Points: The Best Of thebandwithnoname', will be released on 13th April.
