Brad + Rebekah Release 'See Your Faithfulness' Single From 'Life Again' Album
Worship leaders Brad + Rebekah have released their new single 'See Your Faithfulness', taken from their latest album 'Life Again'.
"See Your Faithfulness is a song that declares the goodness and faithfulness of God. It’s a reminder to us to think back to the many times that we have seen His Faithfulness in our own lives and trust and know our loving, Heavenly Father will be faithful again. We declare that we WILL see His faithfulness. While this song does stem from a specific journey, it also speaks back into the past decade plus of our life and ministry… leaning on the promises found in Lamentations 3 where the prophet, after listing all the negative things, stops and remembers (this I call to mind) God’s faithfulness and reminds himself (and therefore I have hope) that God will be faithful again.
I remember my affliction and my wandering, the bitterness and the gall. I well remember them, and my soul is downcast within me. Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.†- Lamentations 3:19-24
This single, along with our new record, LIFE AGAIN, was birthed from our personal journey as we look back on the story of when Rebekah was diagnosed with cancer in 2018. Both then and now we have had to remind ourselves of the things God has done for us when we have found ourselves in seemingly hopeless situations… On this side we can see God is faithful as Rebekah stands healthy and cancer free… but in the beginning all we could do was stubbornly lift our heads and declare with our mouths “we will see your faithfulnessâ€. Our prayer is that those in moments of trial will hear this song and find rescue from their own thoughts to trust in the faithfulness of God."
Brad + Rebekah married in 2006 and two years later started traveling full time, bringing with them a passion for worship both in leading and teaching. Fourteen years later they continue to travel and pour into others around the world along with their two littles. Their heart is to write songs that are simple, solid and singable. For Brad + Rebekah, their latest release "Hold It All" is a reminder; one that continues to weave itself throughout their journey and story… It is clearly only GOD who holds it all… and thats the place they want to be.
