Rock City Worship Drops New Single 'Testify'

Aug 26 2023

Rock City Worship, the musical initiative of Rock City Church based in Columbus, Ohio, is excited to announce that their latest single, “Testify,” is out now. Today also kicks off the pre-save for their upcoming six-song live EP of the same name, slated for release on October 13.

Rock City Worship, a seven-member team of pastors, worship leaders, musicians, and songwriters, all serve at Rock City Church. As a musical collective, it is their constant goal and desire to create songs that paint a vivid picture of who God reveals Himself to be through His Word, believing that the more clearly we can see God, the more completely we can worship Him.

With this latest single, the group explains, “The heart behind this song is gratitude. It’s a reminder that God has done great things for us and we are to ‘Testify’ the goodness of the Lord to all who will hear. We need to be reminded that Jesus is good, He has saved us, and we should tell everyone about it in a joyful way!”

They continue, “This song is for everyone, and we hope that no matter what you’re going through when you sing this song, you can’t help but feel joy as you testify to the goodness of the Lord.“

The release of the Testify EP, which builds upon the group’s previously released projects, including Best Thing and Summer ‘23, continues to showcase Rock City Worship’s talents, distinctly capturing the diverse sound of their church with lyrics that are all about the goodness of the Lord.
