Maryland-Based Singer-Songwriter Jen Hawley To Release New Album 'Fragile'
Maryland-based singer-songwriter Jen Hawley's upcoming ten-song album Fragile paints musical portraits of grief without losing sight of our hopes and longings. The songs reflect not only Jen's journey through the grieving process, but also the unique stories of her friends, family members and neighbors who have also gone through their own difficult losses.
Produced, recorded and mixed in Germantown, MD by Matt Williams in collaboration with Jen & Dave Hawley. This project features Jen Hawley (songwriter, vocals, piano, banjo, trumpet), Dave Hawley (guitars, piano, organ, Wurlitzer, ukulele, banjo), Steve Widenhofer (drums), Matt Williams (electric & upright bass, drums, percussion, whistle, bass harmonica), Jeremie Hamilton (violin, Sic Vita), Katrina Hawley (cello, Sorrow For A Friend), Jackie Su (viola, Sorrow For A Friend) and Robin Huang (violin, Sorrow For A Friend).
