Puerto Rico Based Christian Hip-Hop Artist M.C. DaNova Releases 'HAND of GOD'
M.C. DaNova, the performing name of Pastor Carlos Villanueva Cortes, a Christian conscious hip-hop artist, has released the single 'Hand of God', available now on all streaming platforms.
"I was raised in Chicago, rooted in Florida, and I'm now based in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico", he explains. "I don't pretend to be perfect. My music is real and transparent: the Bible, spiritual warfare, and quantum physics as the framework for the spiritual, with a straight call to non-violence in the streets, the homes, and the nations, in the NAME OF JESUS.
GOD gave me the gift of music. I'd be remiss if I wasn't grateful for it, and for the decades of work behind it: dozens of music and theater jobs, stages large and small, long before any of this had a name.
Every track carries that gratitude forward. This is Christian hip hop made to take back entertainment, take back culture, and hand it to the next person still looking for the door."
