YWAM Kona Music Releases 'Apostles Creed Global EP' In Six Languages
YWAM Kona Music releases the Apostles Creed Global EP, featuring six languages, along with a Nations version that weaves all six languages into one unifying song.
“I was inspired to write this song because its message connected deeply with my heart,” shares Chris McCall of YWAM. “I grew up reciting the Apostles Creed and the Nicene Creed, and I love connecting to the rich history of faith that has been passed down from generation to generation.”
The project was born from a conversation in which God stirred the group to make two core messages accessible across languages and cultures. The first was a call to know what you believe about God, collectively amplifying the foundations of faith. The second was a call to all believers to make God known. These messages are carried through two songs: “Apostles Creed” and “Missionary Anthem,” both previously released as live recordings and now reimagined as studio versions.
Translated into multiple languages and brought to life by voices selected through friendships spanning the globe, the Apostles Creed Global EP reflects the unity of the global Church. Musically, the project leans into unique chord progressions outside traditional worship structures, offering a fresh yet reverent expression of these timeless truths.
“My prayer is that this project helps people connect with God through a deeper understanding of the foundational beliefs of Christianity,” McCall adds. “I truly hope these songs bring comfort to many, and that God would inhabit them in such a way that no one walks away without experiencing His tangible love.”
