Destiny Wakefield Worship Releases 'Into the Throne Room'
Destiny Wakefield Worship has released 'Into The Throne Room', a contemporary congregational worship song centered on the incredible privilege we have of entering God's presence through His grace.
Inspired by the biblical invitation to approach God's throne with confidence, the song is a declaration of praise, gratitude and surrender. It reminds us that we don't come before God because of anything we've achieved or earned, but because His love and grace have made a way for us.
At the heart of the song is a simple response: thanksgiving. The lyrics express the joy of running into God's presence, not out of obligation or fear, but with the freedom and confidence of knowing we are welcomed by Him.
The song builds around the declarations "I'm running to Your courts with praise" and "I'm running all because of grace", capturing both the excitement of worship and the deeper truth of what makes it possible.
Written from the heart of a local church in Wakefield, Into The Throne Room was created to be sung together. Its accessible melodies and uplifting arrangement invite congregations to move beyond simply singing words and respond personally to God's goodness.
Ultimately, it's a song about access, grace and gratitude - a reminder that God's presence is not somewhere we have to earn our way into, but somewhere we are lovingly invited to come.
"Our hope is that the song encourages churches and individuals to approach God with renewed confidence, joy and thankfulness."
