Indie Folk Worship Artist Chris Biddy Releases 'The Bread Line'
Chris Biddy, who writes indie folk and worship music for the poor in spirit, has released his debut single "The Bread Line", available now on all streaming platforms.
It's a piano-driven indie folk song built on the first Beatitude - "blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." It follows a beggar's road from brokenness to grace: "I've got a hunger I can't feed that makes my heart as hard as stone."
Based in Gainesville, Georgia, Chris is a seminary student and youth director, serving in local church ministry alongside his wife, Rebecca - and a dad of three. For fans of Chris Renzema and honest songs about empty hands and full grace.
