Louder Than The Music

As US rockers Switchfoot put the finishing touches to their new album 'Vice Verses', planned for release this summer, the band will be kicking off an international tour starting in Sydney, Australia on 21st April 2011. The tour will also visit Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Malaysia, before heading back to North America for shows in Canada and the US.

Following the opening date in Sydney, Switchfoot will remain in Australia for concerts in Victoria (22nd), Queensland (23rd) and Western Australia (25th), before heading to Singapore (28th), Jakarta in Indonesia (29th), Manila in the Philippines (30th) and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia (1st May).

The Canadian leg of the tour begins in Toronto on 16th May and continues through until 27th May in Edmonton. The band will then perform at a number of US summer festivals. 'Vice Verses' will be the band's eighth album, following on from 2009's hugely successful 'Hello Hurricane' which won the Grammy award for Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album earlier this year.
