Final David Crowder Band Album To Be Called 'Give Us Rest...'

The final studio album from David Crowder Band will be titled 'Give Us Rest...' and will be released on 10th January 2012. The popular American worship band announced back in May that they would be ending in early 2012 following the release of their final ever album.

Ahead of their final album, the Grammy nominated band will release their first ever Christmas album next week. 'Oh For Joy', released on 4th October 2011, includes eight Christmas classics including 'Joy To The World', 'O Holy Night', 'Silent Night' and more with their unmistakable creativity and originality.

David Crowder Band have just kicked off their 'The 7 Tour' which continues into November 2011 with support from Gungor, John Mark McMillan, and Chris August. Following the tour David Crowder Band will perform at a number of events and conferences before their final ever show which will take place at Passion 2012 in Atlanta, Georgia on 2nd January 2012.

'Give Us Rest...', the band's sixth and final album, follows the band's previous studio album 'Church Music' (2009) which reached number 1 on the Billboard Christian albums chart and number 11 on the main Billboard 200 chart.
